Description
About this event
Breathway Live is a guided group experience that combines breathing, engineered music and therapeutic voice. You arrive, you are given headphones, and the whole room breathes to the same music at the same time.
Barcelona is our three-day event. You go through the full Breathway group journey more than once, with time between sessions to rest, talk and integrate what comes up. You do not need any experience.
Riccardo Restino and the Breathway team lead every session and stay with the group across the three days.
Who this event is for
- You feel stressed or on alert most of the time and find it hard to switch off.
- You understand what you should do, but you react the same way when the moment comes.
- You feel stuck in a loop with a habit or behaviour you would like to change.
- You keep going back to something that happened and want to move forward.
- You are curious about breathwork and want to try it in a guided, safe setting.
What happens in a Breathway session
- Set the intention. We begin by identifying what you want to explore, release or change.
- Breathe and access. Guided breathing through your headphones helps you move beyond the usual conscious filter.
- Release and reprocess. As emotions and patterns come up, the music, the voice and the team guide you through them.
- Integrate and reprogram. The session closes with calm integration, so you leave grounded and clear.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any experience with breathwork or meditation?
No. Every phase is guided from start to finish, and the team is in the room with you the whole time. Most people who come are trying it for the first time.
Is it safe? What if I feel overwhelmed?
You are always in control of your own breathing and can slow down or stop at any moment. Facilitators move around the room and will support you if strong emotions come up.
Is there anyone who should not take part?
Breathwork is not recommended during pregnancy, or if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure that is not under control, epilepsy, or a recent surgery. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor first and write to us before booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can transfer your ticket to another person at any time by writing to us. Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After that, your ticket can be moved to a future Breathway event.
Is there a minimum age?
The event is for adults aged 18 and over.
What language is the event in?
The session is guided in English and Spanish.
